Super Sweet Vs Monster C
The fans in Jackson NJ were able to choose between a blindfold,
arm wrestling or singapore cane match. It was a close one between blindfold
and cane but the singapore cane eventually won the crowd over. Super Sweet
brought an onslaught to Monster C, using the cane in interesting ways in
addition to silly string and anything else he could find, enabling him to
get the victory and hold on to the People's Choice championship.
Denver Street Vs TLD
TLD finally agreed several weeks ago to take on Denver Street,
and the match took place. Street took over early by using his old standby,
powder to blind TLD. However, TLD would battle through it and delivered
some knock out shots to Street following it up with a choke forcing Street
to tap out. In TLD's rage, he refused to let the hold go after the bell,
forcing the referee to reverse his decision and disqualify TLD. As Denver
was literally dragged out of the arena he looked at TLD, and by the looks
of it, this feud is far from over.
Brookwood Bash 2008
Ricky Reyes Vs Teddy Fine Vs Ricky Landell Vs Alex Balboa Vs GPS Vs Mystery
opponent
The rules of this match were pretty straight forward, everytime someone
was eliminated the match stipulation changes. The mystery opponent was The
Beast who was actually eliminated first in a battle royal contest. The next
match was a scramble match, and Ricky Landell was eliminated. It was followed
up with a four corners match and once again Ricky Reyes and GPS eliminated
each other, similar to two weeks ago at Heat Stroke. Teddy Fine was able
to win the last fall, No holds Barred against Alex Balboa who had an incredible
showing in his B4W debut match.
Tag Team title handicapped match
Kid America Vs Jihad / Chemical Khan
America dedicated this match to his fallen tag partner, El Americano,
as he bravely took on the dangerous Jihad and Chemical Khan single handedly.
Kid America took quite a beating for much of the match, but in the end he
dug down deep and began to mount a comeback, until Monster C once again
made his way out. He ended up attacked Kid America costing him the match
and the Tag Team titles.
Best of seven series
Modern Militia Vs Neighborhood Make-Believers
In the second match in their series both these hungry new teams put it all
on the line as they both tried to get that much close to a B4W Tag team
title shot, The Modern Militia were able to get the victory right near their
hometown, putting the series as an even 1-1.
World title match
"Mr Wrestling 3" Steve Corino Vs Tommy Thunda
Everything came to a hault for the Inner Circle, in Jackson NJ
as the World champion took on Tommy Thunda in his hometown. After a long
battle Tommy Thunda got the victory, capturing the World title. As the crowd
erupted Corino placed his foot on the ropes, forcing the referee to restart
the match. After the restart, Corino began working over Thunda's knee, which
had been injured earlier in the match. After holding on to the figure four
for several minutes, Denver Street through the towel in for Tommy Thunda.
