Called by many to be one of the best wrestlers in the world, GPS has taken
B4W by storm. Capturing the World title on September 1st 2007, and then
only a week later capturing another World title elsewhere, GPS tore up the
independent wrestling scene in late 2007.
Set to have a trilogy of matches with the man he captured the title from,
Reiko DMF, GPS is out to prove it was no fluke and has made several claims
that he will indeed be a fighting champion.
He was defeated by Mr Wrestling 3 Steve Corino for the belt, after Corino
used a foreign object to get the win. GPS then had to defeat every member
of the Inner Circle to earn another shot at the title.
GPS did just that, defeating Tommy Thunda, Denver Street and finally TLD,
and earned another shot at the World title. He and Steve Corino would wrestle
up to the 30 minute time limit, and the match would be declared a draw.
Corino then told GPS he was at the bottom of his list and he needed to once
again work his way back up to title contention. During his raise to the
top, GPS ran in to trouble, by constantly having draws with Ricky Reyes.
He would finally defeat Reyes in October.
After Mr Wrestling 3 Steve Corino was stripped of the title in late 2008,
a tournament was held. GPS defeated both Greg Spitz and King Kaluha in the
same night to finally win back the B4W title.
In what was undoubtedly the biggest match in GPS' career, he would take
on King Kaluha for the 3K title while defending the B4W title. Not only
were the belts on the line, but also both the 3K and B4W companies. GPS
was able to get the win and ensure the safety of B4W's future.
